On the other hand, measuring and acquiring field data problems make it necessary to employ efficient models that can accurately predict yield and sensitivity analysis of yield over various parameters. Therefore, in this research, the effects of different parameters on the yield of forage maize in the country have been investigated and the effectiveness of the artificial neural network models to predict forage maize yield has been evaluated. The parameters of irrigation water salinity, soil salinity, plant growth period, water consumption and number of irrigation of 104 farms in 8 provinces that were collected during field studies were used to develop models in the artificial neural network. Also, by estimating the water requirements of selected farms, the expected yield was estimated using the optimal selected model and compared with the measured yield in the farms. The results showed that the artificial neural network model with two hidden layers and the final structure of 1-15-19-5 can accurately estimate forage maize yield (R2=0.85). The results of the sensitivity analysis of the selected optimal model showed that the parameters of irrigation events and plant growth period were the most effective and least effective parameters on the forage maize yield, respectively. Also, the results of the modeling showed that there is a gap between the measured yield in the farms and the expected yield, and if the full irrigation requirement is applied, the forage maize yield in the studied areas can be increased by an average of 12.5 tons per hectare.}, keywords = {irrigation,Modeling,Multilayer Perceptron,Yield Gap}, title_fa = {پیش بینی عملکرد ذرت علوفه ای و تحلیل حساسیت پارامترهای مدیریتی با استفاده از مدل های شبکه عصبی مصنوعی}, abstract_fa = {افزایش روزافزون تقاضای محصولات کشاورزی و کاهش دسترسی به منابع آب متعارف لزوم مدیریت صحیح منابع آب مصرفی در بخش کشاورزی را بیش از گذشته نمایان کرده است. از طرفی مشکلات اندازه گیری و دستیابی به داده‌های میدانی ضرورت به کارگیری مدل هایی کارآ که قادر به پیش بینی دقیق عملکرد محصولات و تحلیل حساسیت عملکرد نسبت به پارامترهای گوناگون باشند را روشن می سازد. لذا در این تحقیق اثرات پارامترهای مختلف بر میزان عملکرد ذرت علوفه ای در سطح کشور سنجیده شده و کارآیی مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی به منظور برآورد عملکرد محصول نیز مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. پارامترهای شوری آب آبیاری، شوری خاک، طول دوره رشد گیاه، میزان آب مصرفی و تعداد دفعات آبیاری مربوط به 104 مزرعه در 8 استان کشور که طی مطالعات میدانی گردآوری شده اند، به منظور توسعه مدل‌ها در شبکه عصبی مصنوعی مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. همچنین با برآورد میزان آب مورد نیاز مزارع منتخب، عملکرد مورد انتظار با استفاده از مدل بهینه انتخاب شده، برآورد شده و با عملکرد اندازه‌گیری شده در مزارع مقایسه شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی با دو لایه پنهان و ساختار نهایی 1-15-19-5 قادر است با دقت مطلوبی (0.85=R2) عملکرد محصول را برآورد کند. نتایج تحلیل حساسیت مدل بهینه انتخاب شده نشان داد که پارامترهای تعداد دفعات آبیاری و طول دوره رشد گیاه به ترتیب اثرگذارترین و کم اثرترین پارامترها بر عملکرد محصول ذرت علوفه-ای می‌باشند. همچنین نتایج مدلسازی نشان داد که بین عملکرد اندازه گیری شده در مزارع و عملکرد قابل انتظار شکافی وجود داشته و در صورت اعمال نیاز کامل آبیاری می توان عملکرد ذرت علوفه ای در مناطق مورد مطالعه را به طور متوسط به میزان 5/12 تن در هکتار افزایش داد.}, keywords_fa = {آبیاری,پرسپترون چند لایه,شکاف عملکرد,مدلسازی}, url = {https://idj.iaid.ir/article_100440.html}, eprint = {https://idj.iaid.ir/article_100440_f90f4fab683dfe040d278cf2b3385412.pdf} }
