In order to investigate the effect of the amount of irrigation water and the method of applying deficit irrigation practices on the yield, quantitative and qualitative parameters a Hayward cultivar Kiwi, experiment was made on of Hadishahr (5 kilometers from Babolsar) with 5 treatments and 3 replications during 2 growing years. The treatments under investigations were full irrigation (100% water consumption requirement), deficit irrigation (DI) at 2 levels of 60% and 70%, partial root drying irrigation (PRD) at 2 levels of 60% and 70%, respectively. Investigations of the effect of treatments was measuring quantitative and qualitative measurements of fruit samples including: volume, fruit size in different directions, fresh and dry weight, moisture content, treatable acidity and soluble solid materials in each processing stage. The amount of water consumption of irrigation treatment in full irrigation in total growing season and applying deficit irrigation were 239 and 141 mm, respectively. The water savings in deficit irrigation treatments were respect to total irrigation at the level of 70% was 15.33% and 25.26% in the whole period of irrigation and the duration of applying irrigation treatments, and 16.79% and 25.75% respectively in irrigation treatments. Based on the mean comparison between irrigation treatments in harvesting stage, the effect of treatments on fresh and dry weight, volume and Y dimensions were meaningful but not in X dimension, soluble solid materials, moisture content and dominant fruit acidity. The results indicate that applying deficit irrigation treatments not only improve fruit quality, but only is an approach for improvement of water crisis and reaching a sustainable agriculture.}, keywords = {water stress,incomplete irrigation,Hayward}, title_fa = {تاثیر کم‌آبیاری تنظیم ‌شده و کم‌آبیاری خشکی ناحیه ریشه بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی میوه کیوی}, abstract_fa = {کمآبیاری بهعنوان یک عامل تنشزا بر ویژگیهای رویشی و فیزیولوژیک گیاهان اثر میگذارد. به منظور بررسی اثر میزان آب آبیاری و روش اعمال کمآبیاری بر عملکرد و پارامترهای کمی و کیفی کیوی رقم هایوارد، آزمایشی در یکی از باغهای منطقه هادیشهر کیلومتر 5 شهرستان بابلسر، با 5 تیمار و 3 تکرار، طی دو سال زراعی انجام شد. تیمارهای مورد بررسی عبارت بودند از: آبیاری کامل (تامین 100 درصد نیاز آبی)، کم‏آبیاری تنظیم شده (DI) در دو سطح 60 و 70 درصد و آبیاری خشکی ناحیه ریشه (PRD) در دو سطح 60 و 70 درصد. بررسی اثر تیمارها با اندازهگیری خصوصیات کمی و کیفی نمونههای میوه شامل: حجم، ابعاد میوه در جهتهای مختلف، وزن تازه و خشک، رطوبت، اسیدیته قابل تیتراسیون و مواد جامد محلول در مرحله رسیدگی انجام شد. مقدار آب مصرفی تیمار آبیاری کامل در کل فصل رشد و اعمال تیمارهای کمآبیاری به ترتیب برابر با 239 و 141 میلیمتر بود. میزان صرفهجویی آب در تیمارهای کم‏آبیاری نسبت به آبیاری کامل در کل دوره رویش و دوره اعمال تیمارهای کمآبیاری در سطح 70 درصد، به ترتیب 33/15 و 25/26 و در سطح 60 درصد به ترتیب 79/16 و 75/28 درصد بوده است. براساس مقایسه میانگین بین تیمارهای آبیاری در مرحله برداشت، اثر تیمارها بر وزن تازه و خشک، حجم و بُعد Y و Z معنیدار، ولی بر بُعد X، مواد جامد محلول، رطوبت و اسید غالب میوه معنی‏دار نمیباشد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که اعمال تیمارهای کم‏آبیاری، علاوه بر بهبود کیفیت میوه، راهکاری برای سازگاری با معضل بحران آب و نیل به یک کشاورزی پایدار است.}, keywords_fa = {تنش آبی,کم ‏آبیاری ناقص,هایوارد}, url = {https://idj.iaid.ir/article_73667.html}, eprint = {https://idj.iaid.ir/article_73667_aea6810d5c81db9e6d3c89cf56cbe071.pdf} }
