Hydraulic jump is the one of the most important phenomena for dissipation of the excess kinetic energy of the flow. The previous studies have proven that corrugated bed roughness increases more energy dissipation. Therefore the purpose of this study is comparison of the experimental results of hydraulic jump on sinusoidal corrugated beds with another similar result on different types of corrugated beds. From the results of this study it was found that conjugated depths relationship with the Froude numbers was linearly on all kinds of corrugated beds and different values of wave steepness (t/s) have no distinct effect on reduction of conjugate depths ratio, and all of the rough beds approximately cause the reduction of secondary depth in comparison with classic jump. The major variations of average relative jump length (Lj/y2*) in any types of roughness are form 3 to 4 that the value of these jumps length reduction is approximately 35% to 50% in compared with the classic jump. The value of relative reduction rate of jump energy on any types of the rough beds is approximately 5% higher than the smooth bed. One the other hand when the Froude number increases, the coefficient of shear stress increases too on the corrugated rough beds that it is about 6.5 to 10 times more than jump on the smooth bed.
