This study was performed on quinoa cultivar Titicaca in Ahvaz city in 2019 in a randomized complete block design with 13 treatments and three replications. Treatments including full irrigation and application of three levels of water deficit stress at four different stages of plant growth. The functions of water - quinoa seed yield and water use efficiency were fitted as a quadratic function. The trend of yield increase per water consumption up to 3200 m3 ha-1 was upward. From 3200 to 4000 m3 ha-1 of water consumption, the yield was almost constant and maximum (3650 kg ha-1). The most water use efficiency (1.22 kg m-3) was achieved with water consumption of about 2400 m3 ha-1. From 2400 to 3000 m3 ha-1 of water consumption, the water use efficiency was 1.12 kg m-3. Therefore, more water consumption decreased the water use efficiency. Although water scarcity stress increased the water use efficiency in quinoa cultivation, in order to achieve proper efficiency in deficit irrigation management, in addition to the amount of water consumption, the plant growth stage should also be considered. In the climatic conditions of Khuzestan province, initial and middle stages were the most sensitive growth stages of quinoa to water deficit stress}, keywords = {Drought stress,Sustainable agriculture,Deficit irrigation}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر تنش کم‌آبی دوره‌ای بر عملکرد گیاه کینوا و تعیین تابع تولید آب مصرفی-عملکرد آن در خاک شور (مطالعه موردی: استان خوزستان)}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این پژوهش تعیین تابع آب- عملکرد کینوا با اعمال تنش کم‌آبی در مراحل مختلف رشد گیاه بود. این مطالعه در سال زراعی 1398 بر روی گیاه کینوا رقم تی‌تی‌کاکا در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با 13 تیمار و سه تکرار در شهرستان اهواز اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل آبیاری کامل و اعمال سه سطح تنش کم‌آبی در چهار مرحله مختلف رشد گیاه بودند. توابع آب - عملکرد دانه کینوا و کارایی مصرف آب به صورت تابع درجه دوم برازش داده شدند. روند افزایش عملکرد به ازاء آب مصرفی تا 3200 مترمکعب در هکتار صعودی بود. از 3200 تا 4000 مترمکعب در هکتار مصرف آب، عملکرد تقریبا ثابت و بیشینه بود (365 کیلوگرم در هکتار). بیشترین کارایی مصرف آب (22/1 کیلوگرم در مترمکعب) با مصرف آب حدود 2400 مترمکعب در هکتار به دست آمد. از 2400 تا 3000 مترمکعب در هکتار مصرف آب، میزان کارایی مصرف آب 12/1 کیلوگرم در مترمکعب بود. بنابراین مصرف بیشتر آب موجب کاهش کارایی مصرف آب شد. با وجود اینکه تنش کم‌آبی موجب افزایش کارایی مصرف آب در کشت کینوا شد اما در مدیریت کم‌آبیاری برای دستیابی به کارایی مناسب، علاوه بر حجم آب مصرفی باید به مرحله رشد گیاه نیز توجه نمود. در شرایط اقلیم استان خوزستان، دوره رشد اولیه و میانی حساس‌ترین دوره‌های رشد کینوا نسبت به تنش کم‌آبی بودند.}, keywords_fa = {تنش خشکی,کشاورزی پایدار,کم‌آبیاری}, url = {https://idj.iaid.ir/article_163509.html}, eprint = {https://idj.iaid.ir/article_163509_7013ae7c4bb6d254d81124cd3f58891d.pdf} }
