This study has investigated the efficiency of four irrigation networks in Great Karun basin include Gotvand, Northeast of Ahwaz, the East of Shoeibeyeh and Myanab Shooshtar. One of the most important factors affecting the performance of these networks is the quality of soil and water resources. Therefore the efficiency of these networks was estimated under two scenarios of with and without considering water and soil quality. To conduct this study, a robust data envelopment analysis (RDEA) method has been used that has the potential to apply uncertain conditions for the input and output data of the model. The results showed that adding water and soil water quality data caused some of the seemingly inefficient networks to be significantly improved in efficiency score, and so the difference between rankings in two scenarios is very tangible. So that the average efficiency of networks is 0.8 in the first scenario and 0.97 in the second scenario. It was also found that there is a significant difference between the actual and optimal use for two input data of maintenance and personnel costs which has led to inefficiencies in networks. This difference was lower in the second scenario and was calculated for maintenance and personnel costs by 41 and 34 percent, respectively.Investigating the sensitivity analysis in the RDEA model showed that with increasing system protection against uncertainty, the efficiency score in the networks decreases.}, keywords = {Water and Soil resources quality,Efficiency,Robust Data Envelopment Analysis}, title_fa = {بررسی اثرات کیفیت منابع آب و خاک بر کارایی شبکه‌های آبیاری و زهکشی کارون بزرگ تحت شرایط عدم حتمیت}, abstract_fa = {بررسی کارایی شبکه‌های آبیاری یکی از عوامل بسیار مهم در تأمین اطلاعات مورد نیاز جهت ارتقای عملکرد این سامانه‌ها بوده و با توجه به بحران‌ آبی اخیر در کشور، بایستی مورد توجه مدیران و برنامه‎ریزان این حوزه قرار گیرد. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی کارایی چهار شبکه آبیاری در حوضه‌ی آبریز کارون بزرگ شامل گتوند، شمال شرق اهواز، شرق شعیبیه و میان آب شوشتر پرداخته است. از عوامل بسیار مهم مؤثر بر عملکرد این شبکه‌ها، می‌توان به کیفیت منابع آب و خاک اشاره نمود. از این رو، کارایی این شبکه‌ها تحت دو سناریو با و بدون لحاظ کیفیت منابع آب و خاک محاسبه گردید. جهت انجام این بررسی، روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌های استوار (RDEA) که توانایی بالقوه‌ای در اعمال شرایط نامطمئن برای داده‌های ورودی و خروجی مدل دارد، مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که، افزودن داده‌های ورودی کیفیت آب و خاک موجب می‌شود که برخی از شبکه‌هایی که به نظر غیر کارا می‌رسیدند، با افزایش قابل ملاحظه امتیاز کارایی مواجه شده و در نتیجه تفاوت میان رتبه‌بندی در دو سناریو بسیار محسوس باشد؛ بطوری که میانگین کارایی شبکه‌ها در سناریو اول 8/0 و در سناریو دوم 97/0 برآورد گردید. همچنین مشخص شد که اختلاف قابل توجهی بین استفاده واقعی و بهینه برای دو داده ورودی هزینه تعمیر و نگهداری و پرسنل وجود دارد که باعث عدم کارایی در شبکه‌ها ناکارا شده است. این اختلاف در سناریو دوم کمتر بوده و برای هزینه‌های تعمیر و نگهداری و پرسنل به ترتیب 41 و 34 درصد محاسبه گردید. بررسی تحلیل حساسیت در مدل RDEA نشان داد که با افزایش میزان محافظت سیستم در مقابل عدم حتمیت، امتیاز کارایی در شبکه‌های تحت بررسی کاهش می‌یابد.}, keywords_fa = {کیفیت منابع آب و خاک,کارایی,تحلیل پوششی داده‌های استوار}, url = {https://idj.iaid.ir/article_95446.html}, eprint = {https://idj.iaid.ir/article_95446_450c4ba7c7b159a2781e0d6904af32b4.pdf} }
